• Comfortable Clothing: We recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes during the tour.
• Extra Change of Clothes: Bring an additional set of clothing for after the activity.
• Mosquito Repellent: It is advisable to use mosquito repellent before participating in outdoor activities.

• Waterproof Bag: Use a waterproof bag to keep your belongings safe and dry during the tour.
• Identification: Have a valid ID on hand for verification purposes.

• Payment Options: Currently, only Mexican pesos are accepted for cash payments, which can be used for souvenirs, photos, tequila, and food within the location.
• Camera Policy: Personal cameras are not permitted in the water; professional photos will be available for purchase.

• Maximum Weight: 100 kg (220 lbs).
