• Age and Height Restrictions: Children aged 1-5 can participate for free but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 6-12 may require an adult companion depending on their height.

• Arrival Time: Arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled program for orientation and preparation.
• Safety Requirements: Life jackets are mandatory during all water programs.
• Payment Options: Currently, only Mexican pesos are accepted for cash payments. Credit and debit cards (national and international) are also accepted.
