Important Requirements & Restrictions:
- Minimum Driving Age: 18 years old (younger passengers must go with their parents in a double ATV)
- Minimum Height: 4 ft (1.20 m)
- Maximum Weight: 260 lbs (118 kg)
- Health Restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant women or those with back, neck, heart or dizziness conditions
- Camera Policy: No cameras allowed during the tour for your safety

What to Bring

Book at least 2 days in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Don't forget your driver's license if you plan to drive. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty - this is a real adventure through jungle trails and streams!

We're happy to provide transportation from most hotels in the area to make your experience as convenient as possible.
Hotels with a $5 USD Fee Transportation:

For guests staying at other hotels, we offer transportation for a small fee of $100 MXN per person or 5 USD.

- Susurros del Corazón
- Any resorts within private residential complexes
Guests from these properties will need to arrange their own transportation to the location.
