We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for large groups (over 30 people). For smaller groups, 3-4 weeks is enough. However, the sooner you book, the more customization options you'll have.
Absolutely! We have bilingual guides and coordinators (Spanish/English) for all our experiences. We can also arrange translators for other languages upon request.
We understand that wedding groups are dynamic. We allow adjustments to the number of people up to 7 days before the event. If the group grows, we do our best to accommodate everyone. If it shrinks, our flexible cancellation policies apply.
Most of our experiences include round-trip transportation from Guadalajara or the corresponding destination. For weddings in Puerto Vallarta or specific destinations, transportation may vary. We confirm all details when quoting.
