Birote bread stuffed with carnitas, drowned in tomato and chili sauce. The iconic Guadalajara sandwich.
Birria de Chivo
Traditional stew served with tortillas and consommé on the side. A Jalisco classic prepared with goat meat.
Taco de Barbacoa — Jalisco Style
Shredded beef in corn tortilla, with cilantro, onion, lime and consommé. Authentic barbacoa from the region.
Lonche de Pierna
Crunchy birote with oven-roasted pork leg, tomato, avocado, onion and pickled chiles. A local favorite.
