Important
- Age and Height Restrictions: Children aged 1-5 can participate for free but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 6-12 may require an adult companion depending on their height.
- Health Considerations: Pregnant women in their fifth month or later are not allowed to participate in any water activities. If you have any health concerns, please contact us before booking.
- Arrival Time: Arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled program for orientation and preparation.
- Safety Requirements: Life jackets are mandatory during all water programs.
- Payment Options: Currently, only Mexican pesos are accepted for cash payments. Credit and debit cards (national and international) are also accepted.
